Luca De Laguardia is a Romanian-born, Italian actor, fluent in English and Italian, with an EU Italian Passport and the right to live and work in the UK.

Luca has recently launched his Film Production & Packaging House,
Horstone Focus Studios (Est. April 2026), as Director and Lead Producer. HFS are currently developing a survival thriller short film Luca has written, The Mascot Margin, starring Tristan Spohn (Stranger Things, FBI, Law & Order), attached for the lead role of Levi, and Co-produced by Cinematographer Daniel Everitt-Lock of Everlock Productions (Prime Video, Hallmark), attached as DOP.


A Drama Studio London graduate, Luca currently attends regular classes on an intensive 3-day course in the Advanced Tier at Identity School of Acting, London. In 2021, he engaged in a 2-year iterarive development process in screenwriting with the script coverage service WeScreenplay. Other notable training include The Giles Foreman Centre for Acting and The Unseen Drama School.

In parallel to his dramatic training, Luca has accumulated over 15,000 hours of independent criminological research, specialising in the deep behavioral analysis of true-crime documentaries and recorded interrogation tapes.

Since 2022, Luca regularly features in Supporting Actor roles in numerous client-commissioned portfolio scenes with the showreel company Cinematic Showreels.


Along with professional on-set etiquette, Luca possesses mastered abilities at rapid on-the-day line learning, sight-reading, dramaturgical literacy, and the fast application of redirections.
